Masters' Union

Masters' Union has announced the commencement of a new innovative Undergraduate Programme in Psychology and Marketing. The programme will be a 4-year interdisciplinary course aiming to achieve behavioural science concurrent with the latest marketing strategies as per the current trends. Students who will undergo this program will be able to make innovative campaigns for brands like Nike, Apple, and Coca-Cola.

The programme includes learning of programmes like Neuromarketing, Cognitive Psychology, Graphic Designing, AI in Marketing, Camera and Film Making, Luxury Retail Marketing and others. Students will have a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and understanding of consumer behaviour. Besides, renowned faculties from Kellogg, Stanford and Cornell will teach the programmes to the students and special expert sessions from executives of Airtel, Apple, Kia, and Meta will be arranged for practical exposure for the students.

Swati Ganeti, Director of the Undergraduate Programme at Masters’ Union explained the need to launch the Undergraduate Programme in Psychology and Marketing saying, “Recognising the growing talent gap in this area, Masters' Union is launching this programme to meet industry demand. Following the success of our Undergraduate Programme in Tech and Business Management which has 400 students enrolled, many recruiters offering marketing roles emphasised the need for deeper psychological insights to craft innovative, consumer-driven strategies. The programme is specifically tailored for students inclined more towards creative marketing roles, with less focus on core programming and quantitative courses.”

Through this programme, the students will be able to get global immersion opportunities by collaborating with top universities in the US, Italy, Japan and Singapore.
