The OUAT 2025 Form B is out on the official website for undergraduate admission to OUAT 2025. Along with all the selected UG candidates, the form is also available for Agro-Polytechnic students who have graduated during the 2025-26 academic session and are pursuing admission through Agro-Polytechnic UG Admission. Candidates must visit the official website to fill out Form B and submit it before the end date, which is July 20, 2025. Also, the deadline to edit the Form B is July 20, 2025. The OUAT 2025 Application Form B was released by the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) on the official website on July 15, 2025.
