Students preparing for CUET UG 2027 can know the changes made in its syllabus when the same are released on the official website. NTA has not announced any change in the syllabus. The CUET 2027 syllabus will be based on Class 12 curriculum. So, candidates planning to appear for Common University Entrance Test (UG) 2027 can start their preparation from NCERT books. Apart from potential changes in exam duration, number of questions, stream-based subject grouping, maximum number of subjects, and One Student, One Day exam pattern, no other change has been proposed by NTA.
The CUET UG 2027 exams are expected to be administered in May 2027. The mode of examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT).
Will NTA Change CUET Syllabus 2027?
As of now, there is no official announcement by National Testing Agency on changes to the syllabus for CUET UG. However, after considering past two years' CUET UG syllabus, NTA may make minor changes in some subjects and major updates in the others. Earlier, NTA allowed applicants to select maximum five subjects in their CUET online form.
