TSCHE Degree Admissions 2020: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is all set to begin the online application process for the Degree admissions from August 20, 2020, onwards. According to the media reports, the applications for the admissions will be available on the DOST portal for the 2020-21 academic year. TSCHE Vice-Chairman R Limbadri stated that after the release of the official notification on the official website, the online registrations for the degree programmes will begin on the official website in two to three days. As soon as the state government receives approval from the Telangana High Court on the schedule of the Common Entrance Test, the notification for the degree admissions will be finalized.

UGC Guidelines to be followed for Classes

Talking about the conduction of the classes, the TSCHE vice-chairman further added that the UGC guidelines will be followed by the council based on which the classes for the degree courses can begin from October 1, 2020. In order to resume classes for this academic year, the state government is also planning to adopt both online and offline learning for the degree courses. According to reports, the officials are also planning to reduce the syllabus for the 2020-21 academic year.

Online Classes for students

As the schools are closed since March 2020 due to the ongoing pandemic situation. Telangana state government decided to begin the online classes for the students from classes 11 and 12 from August 17, 2020. The announcement made by the TSCHE. Reports also suggest that the classes for the students from classes 6 to 10 will also commence from August 20, 2020. The classes will be aired on Doordarshan and T-SAT network channels.
