SBVUNCET Entrance Exam

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Puducherry will be conducting SBVUNCET 2013(Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University Nursing Common Entrance Test) for admissions to Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing, Post Basic Bachelor of Science (P.B.B.Sc) in Nursing and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Nursing in Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College, Puducherry for the academic session 2013.

The exam was conducted on Sunday, July 28, 2013.

Eligibility:

• B.Sc in Nursing Program: Aspirants must have passed the higher secondary examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for general candidates and 40% aggregate marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• P.B.B.Sc in Nursing Program: Aspirants must have qualified in diploma in nursing course for duration of three and half years.
• M.Sc in Nursing Program: Aspirants must have completed B.Sc in Nursing/P.B.B.Sc in Nursing program with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for general candidates and 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates.

Exam pattern:

This 90 minute paper will encompass objective type questions from the above mentioned topics.

Application procedure:

• Students can obtain the application form in person or by cash from the university at the cost of Rs. 500/- for all programs.
• The completed application form along with a demand draft of the prescribed fee (in case of downloaded form) should be sent to ‘Secretary, Selection Committee (SBVUNCET 2013), Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College Campus, Puduvai – Cuddalore Main Road, Pillaiyarkuppam, Puducherry – 607402.
