Admission to V P Muthaiah Pillai Meenakshi Ammal College Of Engineering And Technology For Women for B.E./B.Tech is moderately challenging, primarily through TNEA counselling based on Class 12 marks. While not as competitive as top-tier institutions, you need decent scores; for instance, 2024 TNEA cutoffs for General (All India) ranged from approximately 82226 for ECE to 182747 for IT. Meeting the minimum 45% (or 40% for reserved categories) in PCM in Class 12 is a prerequisite to qualify for TNEA and stand a chance for admission, especially in popular branches.
