Yes, an Art student can be eligible for a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce). Even with the lower marks in the 12th grade. Depending upon the specific college or university's admission criteria. 

While some institutes are preferred strong background of Commerce and high scores in the relevant subjects like English and Mathematics. There are many institutions prefer students from all streams, including Arts, if they have minimum eligibility requirements.

The eligibility criteria for BCom course at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies requires the candidates to pass Class 12 / equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised board. Candidates must submit the marksheet for the same in order to apply for and take admission in the institute. Interested candidates must apply on the official website of the institute.

The Annual fee for M.Com at St.Jhon's College is 13,596.The duration of the course is 2 years.

To purse M.Com degree at St.Jhon's College the applicant must complete a bachelor's degree in Commerce. They should aggregate with 50% in undergraduate.They should have strong foundation in Accounting, Economics, Business studies and Mathematics. The applicants also need to clear the entrance exam or else need to meet the institute requirements for smooth admission

Jagannath University, Haryana follows a reservation policy. A minimum of 25% of the total seats in the BCom programme are reserved for students domiciled in Haryana.

Out of this 25% Haryana quota, 10% of seats are specifically reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates from Haryana.
