Depending on your need for placements and knowledge the worst Colleges are South City college Shyama Prasad etc. but if you want Very good college then Presidency college, Goenka College of Commerce and Business administration etc.

In St.John's College, Agra :-

For B.Com or BBA, the eligibility criteria is that you must have passed class 12th from CBSE or UP board.

Fees for B.Com is ?12,570 in total for 3 years, for BBA is ?28,500 in total for 3 years and registration, admission, examination fees is excluded.

You can get admission in Delhi University for B.Com through CUET but in Lucknow university, you have to give the entrance exam conducted by the university itself. In Lucknow university, you can't get admission through CUET.
