Hi.
For the CA exam (Foundation / Intermediate / Final) in Bihar, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) *does include Madhepura as one of the possible exam cities in some sessions — but this doesn't always mean there is a centre exactly in Madhepura town every time.
Bihar CA Exam Centres — General List
ICAI announces exam centres based on applications and logistics, and for Bihar in earlier sessions, the list of examination cities has included:
Madhepura along with other districts like Aurangabad, Banka, Begusarai, Gaya, Purnea, Madhubani, etc.
However, for specific exams (e.g., May/June 2025, Nov 2025, Jan 2026,

Hi.
Yes, you can still apply for M.Com from IGNOU even if your graduation degree shows “ER” (Essential Repeat / Enrolled Result / Backlog) — but there are a few important points to note:
IGNOU Eligibility for M.Com
Basic Requirement: You must have a B.Com, BBA, or other recognised bachelor's degree from a UGC-recognized university.
Percentage/Grade: IGNOU generally does not have a strict minimum percentage requirement for M.Com.
Result Status: IGNOU requires that your graduation degree is completed and recognized.
Impact of “ER”
ER means you have a back paper / result pending in your undergraduate degree.
IGNOU usually requires the f

Hi.
Attendance Is Not Flexible in the Sense of Optional
Like most colleges affiliated to University of Calcutta, H.C. College requires you to attend classes regularly and adhere to the attendance rules set by Calcutta University.
Why This Matters
Your ability to fill out the university form for semester exams depends on meeting the attendance requirement.
The college enforces these norms — if attendance is too low, you might not be eligible to appear in semester exams.

There is not much difference among these 2 courses at SIU, Dubai. Little difference b/w these 2 courses is duration of course. B.Com (With ACCA Preparation) is 3 years course and B.Com Hons (With ACCA Preparation) is full time 4 years course.

Hi.
It depends a bit what you mean by “with CA” because Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)'s CA qualification is not a traditional “degree course” offered by a college/university, but a professional certification course which candidates register for independently.
What “CA” means — and why no college “offers CA” as a degree
CA is governed by ICAI, not by universities. To become a CA, you register with ICAI (through Foundation route after Class 12, or via Direct‑Entry if eligible).
That means no college or university can confer a CA “degree.” CA qualification is separate from university
