Acharya Nagarjuna University is a state government university which offers a wide range of UG, PG, Diploma, and Certification courses through various specialisations. Besides that, multiple colleges are affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) usually concludes admissions for various UG and PG courses between May and July. Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) accepts admission for its UG, PG, and Diploma courses based on different entrance exams such as Andhra Pradesh PGCET for admission in PG courses, PG EdCET for admission in B.Ed programme, among many others under the supervision of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Apart from these Andhra Pradesh Entrance exams, Acharya Nagarjuna University also conducts its entrance exam like ANUEET for admission in its BTech programme. Candidates aspiring to take admission in any of the aforesaid courses

ANU inducts students in BA through an entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Admission, Acharya Nagarjuna University. Acharya Nagarjuna University inducts students based on the rank they obtained in the said test.

There are two new specialisations added in to the list of BA programme in this academic year. The name of these two specializations including their seat intake and eligibility:
