The placements of the Aditya College of Engineering and Technology are average but they have a proper placement cell that provides the employment opportunities in field of industries. Recruitments are done by many companies from the IT, manufacturing and engineering industries. 

The remunerations offered to graduates of the course are different based on a branch and the firm involved. For most of the branches of Engineering the average starting salary offer is between INR 2 to 4 LPA.
