AIBE 2026 is not an open-book exam anymore, as students are not allowed to carry textbooks, notes, or any written stuff inside the exam hall. Some important topics are:

Candidates must note that as per the rules set by the BCI you need to clear AIBE Exam to practice in court. Once you pass the exam, the BCI will issue COP which is mandatory for anyone who wants to practice.
