AIIMS Patna NEET UG Round 3 cutoff for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is 1944 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in AIIMS Patna.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For NEET UG Round 3 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 1944 and closing rank was 1944 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in AIIMS Patna is based on the scores obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

If you work consistently and resolutely and achieve a high rank in the Neet, you can get a seat in medical college. No one can give you an exact score for a seat, but you can anticipate one with 650+ marks.

The Admission process of AIIMS Patna is:

  1. One has to fill the form of NEET exam for MBBS and INI CET for MD, M.Ch etc. and gave the exam and get the good rank.
  2. fill the counseling form which is conducted by Medical Council of India (MCI).
  3. Then seat is alloted and pay the fee to secure the seat.

For MBBS one has to fill the form of NEET exam which has already occured for 2025 by NTA, And also get a very good rank, so that one has able to take admission. For taking admission in MD, DM, M.Ch etc. one has to qualifiy the INI CET exam and its forms were out in the month of March.
