Qualifying score for most colleges is either 50% or above. But if you have gone for other stuff at national or state level. Go for it.

You can get admission but not in a very reputed college. So my advice would be, that you go for MH-CET MBA because the registrations are yet to start for that and any other exam where registrations are yet to close. If you don't get a good college you won't get a good placement. You could consider taking a drop and studying and working side by side.

It depends from which college you are doing the course.
XLRI,TISS are considered as one of the best colleges for HR where average package goes above Rs 10lakhs per annum.
