Aligarh Muslim University BA admission is a multi-step process. It starts with online application. For this, candidates can visit the university's admission portal on its official website. BA admission at the university is completely entrance-based. Hence, the next step is to appear for an entrance exam. Depending upon the BA specialisation chosen by a candidate, the admission is provided based on candidates' marks in either AMU Entrance Exam or CUET-UG. Based on the entrance exam scores, AMU will release a merit list of selected students. As a final step, selected students need to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

Aligarh Muslim University awards a variety of donor scholarships to the students enrolled in its UG and PG-level programmes. These scholarships differ in the scholarship amount and eligibility requirements. Yes, Aligarh Muslim Univeristy provides a Bachelor of Arts (BA) as full-time UG-level programme. The programme is offered in specialisations, such as Communicative English, English, etc. The university also offers BA (Hons) in certain specialisations. These specialisations include Arabic, Urdu, Chinese, etc. Admission to most BA courses is based on the AMU Entrance Exam scores. However, the university consider CUET UG scores for some BA courses.

AMU BA tuition fee ranges between INR 25,500 and INR 40,500. The exact amount depends on the choice of specialisation. AMU BSc admission is strictly entrance-based. Candidates must apply and appear for the accepted entrance exam as per their preferred specialisation. Candidates seeking admission to the following BSc specialisations at AMU must appear for CUET UG in order to gain admission:
