Well there is no entrance exam required for class 11th to AMU Aligarh. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts its own entrance test for LLB admissions. The exam evaluates legal reasoning, general knowledge, current affairs, and language skills. Students who pass the test are called for counselling and seat allocation. To be eligible, you must have completed a bachelor's degree with at least fifty percent marks. The annual fee for the LLB programme is quite affordable, usually around ten thousand to fifteen thousand rupees. The marking scheme of the AMU B.Sc. Hons. Entrance Exam is such that candidate gets 1 mark per correct answer. The marking of incorrect answers is negative where 0.25 marks are deducted on each incorrect answer. The test generally comprises 100 objective type questions in each of the mandatory subjects such as English, Physics and Chemistry and an optional one such as Mathematic, Biology or Home Science based on the B.Sc. Hons. stream selected.
