If seats are not filled for all specializations in december, then you can apply on jan - feb months.

In my view it's better to do MBA from abroad although a bit expensive. Sorry I don't have any idea about quota seats

There is not much difference between spring and fall batch , only there will be less number of student in January batch , apart from that everything will be same

Hi average package is Rs 5 and maximum package is Rs 14 lakhs but it all depends how well you study and how well you market yourself in interview.
