I think IILM is the best option among these 3 options. While a lot of features like placement, location, affiliation, etc might be similar in all these colleges but where IILM stands out among these colleges is:
Globally Benchmarked Curriculum: The curriculum at IILM imbibes some of the best aspects of courses offered at top business schools around the world. Course modules are inspired by Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton Business School and IIM-A.
Mentoring Program: Each student is assigned a mentor at the time of joining and that mentor acts as a trusted advisor and guide for that student for the next two years.

 Alliance University has MBA with credit transfer also. Here it is the semester exchange offer where in the student of a partner country abroad sends its students for the same semester as in the Alliance University as quoted by their web site.The student for one semester learns many new things from its partner university abroad. This exchange program is also for course work.

I would suggest MBA in Alliance as it would be a degree and PGDM is a Diploma Degree.

As per the Alliance School of Business (Alliance University) website, The classes of MBA courses will be commenced from JULY 2020 and the admission link is still active.

Yes, Alliance accepts PGCET score, and apply soon as the January batch is going to start. If you are getting a call for Personal Interview then on the same date will be a written exam (amat) followed by extempore and then PI.

"This college is a very renowned college in south, campus and infrastructure is too good, faculty members a" overall we can say that Alliance is a good college and mainly known for MBA. In terms of study also as faculty members are helping here. Quality of students are also good here.
