first understand difference between HR and Operation. if you want to make career in HR, then opt for HR also check your aptitude test. you may take freely available MBTI or 16 personality test. you may pay for Harrison Assessment test which cost You around 1000 rs but give you insight of the personality and career you should choose. if you are deeply interested in understanding business and people, very communicative, democratic, open up and interested a lot in people interaction and their development, please opt HR. if you wish to make career in process, operation such as supply chain etc opt operation

The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.

Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters :
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
