Students who receive an aggregate score of 80% or more in Class 12(CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2024-2025) are eligible for direct admission to the university. However, a variety of entrance tests and portfolio scores are also used to determine admission to the courses offered by Amity School of Engineering and Technology. 

For taking admission in the BCom (Hons) course at the Amity University, Noida branch, Mathematics is not required as a compulsory subject in Class 12. Students without mathematics are also eligible to take admission in the BCom (Hons) course only if they meet the other described criteria. However, the knowledge of mathematics is very much required to understand the course better. Therefore, to compensate that gap, BCom (Hons) curriculum includes mathematics as subject in the first year of thr course.
