Candidates have to scan the following documents during the B.E./B.Tech application process at Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST):

10th 12th mark sheets (rank card of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for admission on the basis of entrance, Transfer & Conduct Certificates ). Similarly other docs required are Caste Certificate (if any), Aadhar card with your photo for identity verification, Passport size photographs & Income certificate for scholarship eligibility.

The application process at Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST), varies on the course you apply. B.Tech-Joining through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, but Category B seats get direct admissions. To apply for M.Tech, an applicant must have B.Tech degree and should qualify by Andhra Pradesh PGECET or GATE. For admissions to Polytechnic Diploma entries are through Andhra Pradesh POLYCET, and the candidates are required to fill online application form along with submission of other requisite documents and formalities.

General Category: Recent trends suggest the closing ranks for B.Tech Computer Science Engineering is around 83,229 – 88,588

For Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: 86,920 –89,672 and in Data Science 89923– 96,886. Cutoffs for several branches like ECE are between 99,005 – 1,10,003 while IoT/ECE Cyber Sec ( Blockchain Tech) require ranks should be between 1,15,250 over.

The Cutoffs are based on Course and Year of Amrita Sai Institute for the advancement of Science and Technology. It is generally based on Andhra Pradesh EAMCET scores. Cutoff for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in 2023 was ~60294. For year 2022 it was 48668. The cutoff of BTech ECE was 81235 in 2023 and in 2022 it was 98966.

To apply for Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST) candidates usually have to qualify the entrance exams and the counseling process organized by Andhra Pradesh State Council of High Education (APSCHE). Specific exams you need to qualify depends on the programme (B.Tech, MBA, M.Tech, Diploma).

Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST) is considered somewhat a competitive institute. For admission to B.E/B.Tech program, candidates must score well in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for getting admission. For other streams of M.E./M.Tech, MBA/PGDM and MCA programs it needs minimum percentage of graduation along with your relevant entrance exam i.e. GATE/APICET.

Yes, one can get direct admission into Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST) through the Management quota for admissions. All the other students are admitted as per state norms i.e. on the basis of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET scores, apart from the management quota having very less seats which does not follow Andhra Pradesh EAMCET qualification.

B.E./B.Tech Admission at Amrita Sai Institute of Science and technology (ASIST) candidates should have passed in 10+2 (Inter.) with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry from JNTUK, Kakinada. The major part of admission (70% Andhra Pradesh EAMCET followed by remaining 30% according to APSCHE norms). Lateral entry is available for Diploma holders through Andhra Pradesh ECET.
