Hi Akshay,
A jewelry course will teach you how to design your own line of jewelry. It will cover everything from working with beads to forging and clasping techniques. It may also cover marketing techniques and style tips for working with jewelry.
However, animation is a completely different course all together. If you love to draw and can't seem to stop watching cartoons, you might consider pursuing a career as an animation artist. You need to firstly decide what exactly your interest are, you are comparing 3-4 very different subjects. MBA remains to be a PG course, the facts will remain the same, only your specialization will determined the are of placement that you will go for. Hence decide the area first.

You should learn some basic coding, preferably in C+. You can also get hold of a game development suite such as Game Maker, Unity or Cocos2D.
You should start paying close attention to the mechanics of every game you play, whether it be on mobile, tablet, PC or console.
