Nowadays, motion graphics (2D Animation) is having a great scope, but if you want to opt for 3D animation, then that is the industry standard. It has a good scope too. I would suggest, you should go through some survey to know about your interest and marketplace.

You need to first complete your class 10th with good grades and get science in class 11th. After 12th, you can go for software engineering or Diploma courses in this field.
