You can admission in JNTUA or JNTUK if you have a good score in PGECET or otherwise you can go for local colleges which are offering B.Tech courses.

Yes, B.Tech final year student can apply for the PGECET. IF you qualify based on the college fee will vary some may charge more than reimbursement and some colleges go with reimbursement only.
