It would be a little difficult to secure admission in BMS College of Architecture with 99.5/200 marks in NATA and 78.4% in 12th. With 67% in 12th, the candidate will have to secure around 155-165/200 marks in NATA 2019 exam to get admission in School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University for B.Arch.
Minimum required for taking up architecture is - Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA-2019 will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).

NATA and JEE paper 2 are the two exams considered by majority colleges in India for architecture admission, also, AAT maybe considered by a few premier institutes.

Registration in GUJCET is needed since they allot the ranks for architecture. NATA or JEE paper 2 scores are only considered for architecture admission.
