Though, below are the official guidelines for the Bachelor in Construction Technology.
1) Bachelors in Construction Technology (BCT) Course, candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from an eligible Board from the school located in India (Including Gujarat State) with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time and have appeared in JEE (Main) of the corresponding year.
As per AICTE, for admission to Bachelors in Construction Technology program a candidate should have,
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (Any of the three). Obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together.
2) Candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from schools located outside India with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time, and equivalency defined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi shall be eligible for admission.
3) The candidate shall have to pass all the subjects of the qualifying examination from a single Board.

Yes, passing the NATA exam is required for the architecture programme. NATA assesses an applicant's aptitude for a specific field of study, such as Architecture, by evaluating cognitive skills, visual perception and aesthetic sensitivity tests, logical reasoning and critical thinking ability, and so on, in addition to the learning that the candidate has acquired over the previous few years and is relevant to the field of study.
