In addition to the hostel and tuition fee, the following charges have to be paid by the students at Army college of Dental Sciences, on an yearly basis:
- Mess charges: The students' mess is run by a mess committee formed by students amongst themselves. Monthly messing is INR 4200/- or (INR 140/- per day), as worked out by the mess committee. Payment for one year (INR 50,400/-) has to be made in advance at the time of admission as well as every year.
- Gymnasium: Gymnasium has been installed in the college campus for students. Gym charges for INR 600/- (i.e. INR 50/- per month). The same is paid in advance separately at the time of adm

Army college of Dental Sciences offers hostels for its students and charges a fee of INR 40,000/-. A Demand Draft for INR 40,000/- must be prepared in favor of Army College of Dental Sciences (Hostel/Mess A/c) payable at Secunderabad or Hyderabad. Alternatively the fee can be paid through NEFT/RTGS at the time of admission also. Hostels are compulsory for all students in the college.

If the candidate has been selected for allotment of Provisional Admission order to Army College of Dental Sciences, university fee is required to be paid to KNR UHS at the time of counselling. University fee amount and mode of payment is available on the official website. Hence, candidate has to prepare separate demand draft as specified in KNR UHS website.

For first year BDS students at Army College of Dental Sciences, the total annual fee including tuition, hostel and refundable security deposit amounts to about INR 5.05 lakh. An amount of INR 1200/- PM is paid every month to students as stipend during their period of internship. For civilian candidates, present tuition fee is Rs 45,000/- PM. For the total fee of second to fourth year, students are notified before the commencement of next academic year.

A total of 50 seats are available at Army College of Dental Sciences for BDS while 15 seats are available for MDS. The following seat reservation policy is followed for BDS at the college:

Army College of Dental Sciences follows the seat reservation policy as directed by Govt. of Telangana. Civilians have seven seats reserved under Competent Authority quota in BDS programme at the college. There is no specified seat reservation for civilians or children of Army personnel, under MDS programme.
