No, it is not a better option than Parul University. Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore is for students who are in the arts stream. Parul University in India for all the students for all the streams. Both colleges have various courses available for the students, but for B.Tech Parul University is best. So, B.Tech is better in Parul University of India than Lasalle College of Arts in Singapore.
