The four-year undergraduate Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) programme at Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU) in Dehradun is intended to give students a thorough education in the visual arts. 50% of the seats are reserved by the institution for applicants from Uttarakhand, and these seats are eligible for state tuition fee breaks.
