The Arunai Engineering College (AEC) in Tiruvannamalai is accepting applications for the 2025–2026 academic year.  Registration for undergraduate programs like B.E./B.Tech. is open till June 6, 2025, and prospective students can apply through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2025 counseling procedure.  Admissions to postgraduate programs such as MBA and M.E./M.Tech are determined by GATE, TANCET, or CAT scores.

At Arunai Engineering College (AEC), students have different opinions about the quality of the food served in the dormitory mess.  Noting that the dorm rooms are tidy and clean, some students value the high caliber of the mess meals.  Others have voiced their displeasure, pointing out that while the hostel's food isn't very good, the sweets are excellent.  Furthermore, several students have pointed out that even though the cuisine is initially nice, it may eventually lose its quality.  The college guarantees that food is served in a contemporary kitchen and communal dining areas that are both hygienic and delicious.
