Dear Deepak, Office Mgt. is a 1 year as well as 2-year advance Diploma, Admissions are open, we have just started a new batch from 23rd October-2020, There is an online class of 5 hours 10.am - 3 pm (with breaks in between) Seats are available, so enroll yourself as early as possible.
Yes, we do assist with the placements, we have good companies lined up with us, but it is totally based on the candidate's performance at the time of interview.

You have not written about the extent and nature of disability. So it is quite difficult to tells anything about this. However, a Commercial Pilot, in all of the countries around the world needs to have a current Class 1 Medical certificate which has specific passing criteria. A person who is handicapped by the right leg might be able to clear the Class 2 Medical (Only outside India, like in Canada, USA etc.) but not the Class 1 medical. When a pilot trains for PPL and then CPL, a pilot has to use both feet for using the rudder pedals, specially in case of an engine failure or cross wind landings.
