Hi,
B.Com is a basic graduation degree. If you are planning to do M.Com or MBA then it will not matter whether you have done your graduation from private or government university. You are recommended to choose best or ranked college for your last degree before job.

If getting job is priority and finance is of your interest then definitely you should go for Bank examination. These days banks are having plenty of job opportunities for graduates. But if you have money and time, both in good enough combination then you should try to get higher education and should try for MBA. It will be very beneficial for you.
All the best.!!!

No, you have to prepare for Quant, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability separately. It doesn't associate with B.Com or BBA.
Best of luck.
