KCET/COMEDK Quota:
- Passed Class 12 or equivalent examinations with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Biology or Electronics with at least 45% aggregate in optional subjects. Candidates must also have English as one of the languages for admission to the Engineering course
- In case of students of reserved categories, the institute offers a 5% relaxation in the eligibility criteria

The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) at Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore, has a strong placement record, but identifying the exact branch with the highest number of placements is challenging due to limited publicly available data. However, the placements in B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering are comparatively better, Because the demand for IT is increasing in the market.
However, every course in this college has a unique value, like B.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering, B.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and many more, are the courses which have high demand in the market.

To be eligible for the admission to B.Tech at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, the candidate must pass a 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, or Biology. The minimum marks for the general category are 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the 12th from a recognized board.

No, CAT is not mandatory for an Executive MBA at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The eligibility for an executive MBA is:
1. Graduate from a recognised university with 50% aggregate marks and 45% aggregate marks for SC/ST.
2. Full-time employee at the time of application and having 2 or more years of experience.
3. Graduate from full-time work experience is exempted from written exam.
4. Selection is based on Personal Interview.

The CUET score has been released and Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain Deemed -to -be University has also released the rank list for CUET counseling. This rank list is based on score from all the participants universities. The university will forward the mail for counseling. There will be minimum 2 rounds of counseling. One of them being in online mode and other face to face. The selection will be doen on score basis ( cut off) . To apply in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain Deemed -to -be University the selected students are called for the counseling session . Since the CUET score is accepted only for B.Sc and BCA these counseling sessions are given on merit bases and these . After attending the counseling session the student has to pay confirmation fees. This ensures the locking of seat as a provisional and tentative addmission. After shortlisting of candidates the seat is the confirmed.

The highest package of Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain Deemed -to -be University, Banglore for an B.Tech course was INR 30 LPA (2023). It was INR 42 LPA (2022) and on an average the placement is INR 7-8 LPA. 1.B-Tech ,407/750students got placed and its placement rate is 54%. The highest package of INR 30 LPA and average package of INR 6.92 LPA.
2. M-Tech, 5/47 students were placed that is 10% placement rate. The highest placement was INR 9 LPA and average placement of INR 5.85 LPA
