I am not so aware about Chitkara University, my brother has done BHMCT from Lovely Professional University and he is currently working with The Leela, New Delhi. Based upon his experience, I would say go for LPU.
What if I suggest you a university, which has a Hotel and is being runs by Hotel Management Students I. e. Lovely Professional University. LPU has it's own UNIHOTEL. No, you would not be able to pursue B.Sc. in Catering Science and Hotel Management. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board to enroll in the above course. Eligible candidates can apply online or offline with required information. Admission is based on the rank/ score/ marks obtained in 10+2.
