Yes, you can, provided the specific college or university you are applying allow you to.
Having said that I personally think it is better to remain committed to one field. Later, when you will be looking for jobs, that might be concerned as recruiters like people who specialize. But then again, do whatever you feel okay in doing and whatever happens, do not regret your decision ever. Good Luck.

Yes, you can migrate after one year to another college of DU. But the migration mainly depends on the cut-off released by the particular college according to the seats remaining vacant. If there are no seats vacant in that particular college, then you will not get admission. And the cut-off is on the basis of your 1st-year marks. The cut-off is always high.

For admission in B.Sc life science you need to have mandatory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology/ Biotechnology. You must have secured minimum 40% marks in English and aggregate 45% in mandatory subjects.
