BSc in Data Science covers statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, generative AI in span of 3 years helps students to get detail knowledge as compared to specialisation in data Science as it is of 6 months which is less time to learn the concepts.

Yes, however that is simply the eligibility criteria, i.e., Class 12 with 50% aggregate. For courses such as BSc, a NEET score is also compulsorily required; so, try to qualify in the entrance test. Admissions require fulfillment of both eligibility and selection criteria.
