The best entrance exam for BSc (Hons) admissions at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication is the JSAT. JSAT scores for Jindal School of Journalism and Communication BSc (Hons) admissions not only allow candidates to secure seats but also secure scholarships as well. Other accepted entrance exam scores are not considered for the MCM scholarship.

There is no mention of a hostel fees for BSc (Hons) students of JSJC either on its website or the brochure. However, the students are charged an accomodation fees which costs INR 9.24 lakh, paid in four equal instalments.

Since no other fee type resembles the hostel fees therefore it is being assumed that the accomodation fees is the hostel fees charged by JSJC.

The total course fees at BSc (Hons) at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication is comprised of all instalments of tuition fees, security deposit, other fees and hostel fees. The BSc (Hons) course fees stands at INR 30.74 lakh. This fees will be paid in four instalments of INR 7.56 lakh.

Candidates may need to pay less BSc (Hons) course fees if they are able to secure some scholarships at JSJC.

No, only candidates who manage to secure admissions into the BSc (Hons) course at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication will be considered for the MCM scholarship. Candidates are not required to appear for JSAT to gain admissions and can appear for the exam after becoming a student of JSJC.

No, BSc (Hons) students who wish to apply for the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication scholarships are required to appear for JSAT. The evaluation of the BSc (Hons) students will be based on the JSAT score. Candidates who did not appear for the JSAT during admissions can still apply to appear for the exam after securing admissions.

The documents required at the time of admissions to the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication BSc (Hons) course have been mentioned below:

Class 10 and Class 12 passing certificate and marksheets

Entrance exam scorecard

Two passport sized photographs

Migration certificate

Birth certificate

During the document verification process, candidates need to present the physical copies of the aforementioned documents.

All stages of Jindal School of Journalism and Communication BSc (Hons) admission process is conducted in online mode including the entrance exams and personal interview round. Candidates will need to contact an admission manager at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication to confirm the existance of an offline mode of application for the BSc (Hons) admissions.

Jindal School of Journalism and Communication offers the Film and New Media specialisation in both BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) course mode. BSc (Hons) at Jindal School of Journalism and Communication is only offered in the aforementioned specialisation. However, the BA (Hons) course is available in other specialisations as well.

There is no mention of Jindal School of Journalism and Communication accepting applications from candidates who are yet to receive their Class 12 board exam result.

Thus, candidates should assume that they cannot apply for BSc (Hons) admissions at JSJC until they receive the scores of the Class 12 board exams.
