Yes, MES College of Nursing (at least the campus in Malappuram / Perinthalmanna, Kerala) is a private (self‑financing / minority/private‑management) college.
As for the total fees, here's roughly what public sources show (but note: “total fees” often means tuition only — you may need to add hostel, mess, materials, etc., if applicable):
For B.Sc. in Nursing: about ₹ 3.62 lakh for full course (4 years)
For M.Sc. in Nursing (post‑graduate): around ₹ 2.00 lakh total.

For J.S.S. Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (JSS‑INYS), there is no publicly published “fixed cutoff marks” for government‑quota admissions that applies every year. What the institute specifies instead is an eligibility criterion.
What is known (Eligibility / Minimum Marks)
To be eligible, candidates must have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) / or Botany & Zoology in science stream.
They must obtain at least 50% marks (aggregate) in the science subjects (PCB or Botany/Zoology + Chemistry + Physics) in 10+2 (or equivalent) for general category.
