There are two courses offered by the institute in BSc. The courses are General BSc and Home Science. Admissions in both courses are conducted by university. The selection is completely based on Class 12 marks. Students can apply and fill the application form through official institute website.

• Karnataka students-  50% (60% for Psychology majors)
• Outside Karnataka students-  60% (70% for Psychology majors)

The eligibility is to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as required subjects and a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board.
