BSc CS is for the students who prefer deep technical knowledge and research, but BCA is a better option for those students who want to get into the practical approach of knowledge gained in the years of graduation. BSc CS is ideal for exploring various specializations and studying deeply about the computer Science subjects; it can result in careers like research as well as academia. The curriculum of BCA is practical. Eventually, both degrees can lead to successful IT careers if pursued with dedication and constant upscaling in one's skill set.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc. Computer Science (Hons.) at DU with your commerce background, only if you studied Mathematics in Class 12.
Subjects you can take in CUET for DU:
1 Language (from CUET List A)
Mathematics or Applied Mathematics
Any two domain subjects from Section II (Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Economics)

To submit the Patanjali University BSc form offline, students can visit the admissions office located at the university's campus. At the office, they can collect the form, fill it, and submit it along with the application fees, i.e., INR 1,000. To obtain the application form by post, students are required to send a bank draft of INR 1,050 in favour of “University of Patanjali” payable at Haridwar.
