PES University offers BSc as a UG level programme with durations varying from 3 years to 4 years. The University offers BSc in 10 specialisations such as Cardiac Care Technology, Dialysis Therapy Technology, Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology, and others. Admission to the BSc programme is offered on the basis of merit and valid scores of accepted entrance exams. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12. In addition to this, candidates must secure valid scores in the suggested entrance exams. 

Candidates wishing to pursue the BSc course at NCAAS are required to select a specialisation based on their interest and career aim. The specialisations on offer that the candidates can choose from are:
