UOU offers courses such as BSc in UG level for the duration of 3 years in full-time mode. The University offers BSc in various specialisations on the basis of merit. The application fee for the BSc course is INR 1,200 for the UR/OBC category. The SC/ST/Pwd categories need to pay INR 600 for the same. The students are adviced to visit the official website and apply for the admission form.

The students of BSc course are provided with certain scholarships that are listed down.

  • University Merit Scholarship 
  • Relaxation in Tuition fee for staff ward & Unreserved Category 
  • Sports Scholarship
  • These scholarship are provided to the meritorious students.

 Monthly, an amout of INR 800 is awarded to the best 3 meritorious students of each batch and 6 (3 girls, 3 boys) all rounder students in sports.

The total number of seat available for the students to take admission in the GBPUAT BSc (Hons) Community Science are 80. Majority of the seats are reserved for the students with domicile of Uttarakhand. Few seats are given to the students who belong to other states.

The BSc courses in GBPUAT are delivered in full-time classroom courses. The classes are divided between theory, lab work and field work. The students are sent to regular field visits  to give the students an experience of the practical aspect of the courses.
