For taking admisson, the candidates must have passed the high school (12th) from any stream with english as main subject from any recognised board.
Then they have to clear the enterance exam (NHCM JEE) for taking addmisson in the college. Candidates can register themselves for the exams on NTA websites. After the exams, candidates have to take part in the joint counselling and seat allotment is based on this consulling result.

With a EAPCET rank of 22622, 80 marks in NEET, and 968 in inter, belonging to the ST category it is unlikely you'll get a free seat for B.Sc. Nursing, as your EAPCET rank is relatively high and the competition for free seats is intense. A rank of 22622 in EAPCET while a good score, is likely not competitive enough for a free seat in B.Sc. Nursing especially considering the high demand for these programs

Admission to UG BSc course at Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) is merit based requiring a minimum of 45% in class 12th or equivalent with and the university accepts CBSE and CGBSE 12th exams. You do not need any entrance examination score to be able to get admission for this course at Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU).

In order to pursue an MSc Physics at IIT Delhi or any other IIT you typically need a background in Physics and Mahematics during your UG studies.
You generally cannot get admission to MSc. Physics in IIT's without having studied Mathematics during your BSc. It is a vital requirements for the eligibility for the IIT JAM exam and the MSc. Physics program.
