Hi.
AIIMS Delhi offers paramedical B.Sc. courses, including Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology.
These courses are full-time degree programs of 3–4 years.
There isn't a 2-year B.Sc RIT programme at AIIMS Delhi.
A 2-year programme does exist in some other institutions as diplomas but not as B.Sc degrees at AIIMS Delhi.
You must qualify the AIIMS Paramedical entrance exam for admission.

Yes, many private and government colleges accept a score less than 60%. Please note that the general eligibility criteria is to score at least 45-50% marks in class 12 with PCM/B. If you have scored less than 50%, you can still either go for several private colleges or crack the entrances for government colleges. You can also consider online BSc courses as they too have a flexible eligibility criteria.

The admission dates for BSc at PES University are yet to be revealed. The institute accepts the exam scores of the KCET entrance exam to select candidates for final admissions. The dates for the KCET entrance exam are yet to be announced for the 2026 session. Candidates need to go to the portal of the entrance exam to stay updated.

Mumbai University BSc Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various BSc course specialisations. The CSE cutoff 2025 for the General AI category for admission to various affiliated colleges ranged from 40.83 in the first round closing percentile to 80.2 according to the last round closing percentile.
The easiet college for admission was VVES's Vikas College of Arts, Science & Commerce, and the toughest was Kishinchand Chellaram College, according Mumbai University CSE Cutoff 2025 in the first and last round. Please note that the cutoff will vary for different colleges, specialisation, quotas, and categories.
