"In-house" students, means those who finished Junior College at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, receive significant preference:
General BSc: They get first priority for these seats.
Professional BSc: Preference is generally not applicable for IT or Biotech.
This policy makes it much easier for current students to continue their BSc degree within the familiar halls of St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
