As per central government policy if you are general category then you need not to submit the general category certificate.
So there is no need of having or not having OBC NCL certificate.

- you should have 50% marks in physics chemistry maths.
- You should also qualified the English as a language subject.
- It also depends on the state and college request for this you should once visit the college and university website or physically.
