Yes, Punjabi University, Patiala, even has a B.Voc. in Fashion Technology as well as a B.Voc. in Garment Designing. Such vocational degree programs are organised to give practical skills as well as industry relevant knowledge with several exit points (e.g. Diploma, Advanced Diploma).
