The fee structure of Banasthali University for BTech course is 1,75,000/- per annum. A one-time hostel admission fee or Rs. 5,000/- shall be charged from all newly admitted students. A one time refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- is payable by all students. It is payable at the time of admission and is refunded three months after leaving Banasthali for which an application in the prescribed proforma for refund has to be submitted.

Admission is determined by adding up the scores from 50% of the normalised aggregate percentage in 10+2 and 50% of the marks from the Banasthali University aptitude test, which consists of Objective Type tests in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Logical Reasoning.
