Banasthali Vidyapith Admission Process

Banasthali Vidyapith admission to most of the courses are primarily entrance-based. The university conducts the Banasthali University Aptitude Test for admission to its various UG and PG courses conducted by the college itself. Similarly, candidates seeking for admission in BTech at Banasthali Vidyapeeth must need to score well in Banasthali University Aptitude Test. Moreover, candidates should also pass Class 12 in the Science stream from a recognised board are eligible to apply for this course to eligible for seeking admission in BTech course at the college. Banasthali Vidyapith offers 20 different BSc courses for students to choose from. The university admits students to its majority of BSc courses based on candidates Class 12 marks. For admission to BSc nursing and BSc+B.Ed courses students are required to give an additional Banasthali University Aptitude Test. Banasthali Vidyapith BSc admissions can be divided into three stages. Following is a detailed explanation of these stages:

1.Application Stage- Banasthali Vidyapith offers two modes for interested students to apply. First is the online application mode. In this, students are required to visit the university’s official website and fill out the applicant form.

The second is the offline mode. Students who wish to submit their application offline, are required to first send DD/IPO for INR 1,000 in favor of "Banasthali Vidyapith" payable at Banasthali/Jaipur. It is to be sent to-Secretary-Banasthali Vidyapith, P.O. Banasthali Vidyapith -304022, Rajasthan, INDIA. Upon receival of the DD, the university will send the application form along with the prospectus.

2.Shortlisting Stage: The University’s admission committee then produces a merit list based on the applicants’ Class 12 marks. For admission via entrance test, the university produces a list of candidates eligible for the entrance test. Based on the marks obtained in the entrance test, seats are allocated in the counselling process.

3.Selection and fee payment: In the final step, the shortlisted candidates are invited for document verification procedure at the institute. Candidates must carry important documents such as Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet, migration certificate, identification proof. After successful document verification the students are required to pay the fees in the stipulated time to confirm their admission.

• Merit-Scholarships: This scholarships are offered to the deserving students as per their last educational qualifications. The scholarship amount here would be in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 5,000
• Merit cum need scholarships: Candidates who are the daugthers of wardens of Vidyapith’s hostels & daughter of Kargil martyrs can avail this. The scholarship amount here would be in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 5,000
• Scholarships based on merit: This is a Merit cum need scholarships and the scholarship amount would be in the range of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
