Over the last few years, students get an opportunity to appear in campus recruitment interviews of many reputed organizations including Pantaloon Retail, BOSCH, Capital I.Q., all leading banks including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, others like SBI Life, ICICI Prudential, Future Money ,UNICON, Encon, etc. The Institute continued its efforts for the students through off-campus route as well and as a result organization like Mafoi, HCL Tech,HDFC Std, SMC, Share khan, India Infoline, etc. also recruited students. A large number of students have secured jobs and the average package was Rs 3.6 lakhs.
Today, hundreds of Banasthalites are working with reputed banks all across the country.
Package of upto 5 lakhs CTC was offered to students. Vidyapith is the only institution in Rajasthan which is visited by all reputed banks. In order to attract blue-chip organizations, the institute has started the relationship by placing few bright students as summer trainees.
