Here were about 20 active stock exchanges in India with 7000 listed companies, 6500 brokers and 538 investment bankers registered with the SEBI. As per a Mint report, dated 20 May, 2014, 15 of the 20 stock exchanges in the country have opted to exit the business altogether. The 5 that will continue are the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), United Stock Exchange (which agreed to merge with BSE), MCX Stock Exchange Ltd (MCX-SX), National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Calcutta Stock Exchange.

As of November, 2014, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) was rated 10th globally (market value-wise) among worlds stock exchanges, as revealed by data from the World Federation of Exchanges. Close behind is Indias National Stock Exchange (NSE), ranked 11th. It is a matter of time before we make it to the top 5 stock exchanges in the world, said Kalpana Morparia, chief executive of J.P. Morgan India, told Wall Street Journal on 28 November, 2014. If the market cap of Indian companies keeps growing at its recent pace, the BSE and NSE could soon overtake Germanys Deutsche Borse and Chinas Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As this is the common query for students, the college has decided that from batch 2018-20 onwards the first semester will be common for all the students. They can experiment and analyze where their interest truly lies and then take a call on the specialization to pursue from 2nd semester onwards.
To answer your question specifically: both the courses are good. Apart from a few subjects, all semesters are almost common for both. Systems students are driven more towards technology related subjects like networking and CCNA. It's not like they are not taught marketing subjects. They are taught essentials of marketing, product management etc. which make them at par with marketing students.

You can definitely go through these colleges' websites and placement reports to get more information as per your requirements.
Once you enter a reputed MBA insitute, honestly, PCB or commerce background doesn't matter much for the final placements. MBA institutes consider a mix batch of students from varied fields.In the end, everybody gets at par with knowledge of every aspect of the corporate world, covered during the MBA course. Hence, focussing on the entrance exams and clearing different rounds of the institutes you aim for, is the foremost step you should work upon to pursue the degree.
